Therapy For Therapists
As a therapist you will know full well the importance of people seeking help where it is needed. Are you applying this knowledge to your own life though? It sometimes amazes me the amount of therapists that don’t get help regularly to help cleanse their mind or to help them progress further. If your own mind isn’t clear, are you really giving your best to your clients?
By undertaking therapy periodically or regularly you are giving yourself the space and freedom to be able to give more to yourself, your loved ones and your clients.
Are your personal life and goals in balance and matched with your business life and goals? If you don’t have all of these in balance and moving in the right direction you will find yourself skewing away from what you really want. You might not even be conscious that you are doing this and instead choose to settle rather than go for what you truly want. This is a crime to yourself and the people that you care about. How can you give your best to everyone else when you don’t give the best to yourself?
